We read our energy, listen to Spirit for guidance, share our joys and our tears, and leave lighter, with a plan.

Here's what happens every Thursday:
We meet virtually and I open each session by sending Reiki to everyone in the group.
From there, Spirit leads us through a meditation to get grounded and present.
Each woman gets the opportunity to check in with her Energy Rainbow — her energy centers — with my assistance if needed.
Then we get to work. Together we look at what isn't flowing in your life. I connect with your Spirit team, translate their guidance, and we figure out your next right steps together.
We share our experiences, our joys, and our tears.
You leave feeling lighter. And with a plan.
