Welcome to Jess Lloyd! By booking a session or purchasing any products or services from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations when using our services.
1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") apply to all users of our services, including but not limited to Reiki sessions, Intuitive Coaching, Psychic Readings, online courses, and downloadable resources. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
Jess Lloyd provides virtual Reiki sessions, Intuitive Coaching, Psychic Readings, and online courses. These services are designed for personal growth and healing, including addressing topics such as energy work, spirituality, and self-care. We do not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice.
You agree to use these services solely for their intended purpose and acknowledge that results may vary based on individual circumstances.
3. Booking and Payment
- Booking: Sessions must be booked via Calendly. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
- Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, China UnionPay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Cash App, Google Pay, and Link. All payments must be made in full prior to the start of the session.
- Refund Policy: All services and courses are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it is final. In cases where a session cannot be completed due to issues on our end, we will reschedule at no additional charge.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to reschedule within this time frame, your session will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled without sufficient notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
5. Code of Conduct
Our services are a safe, professional, and respectful space. We ask that you respect the boundaries and policies set forth. Any inappropriate behavior, including being intoxicated, under the influence, or otherwise impaired, will result in immediate termination of the session, with no refunds issued.
We reserve the right to terminate any session if you behave in a manner that is disruptive or disrespectful. We will not tolerate harassment, disrespectful language, or inappropriate conduct.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect your privacy. All information shared during sessions, including personal or sensitive topics, will be kept confidential unless otherwise required by law. You agree that any information you share during your sessions is for the purpose of providing our services.
However, please note that we are not liable for any third-party breaches of your privacy in the event that you share our services or content with others outside of our direct communication.
7. No Guarantees of Results
While we are committed to providing high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. The effectiveness of Reiki, Intuitive Coaching, and Psychic Readings depends on your willingness to engage with the process and the energy involved.
The results are based on individual circumstances, and your results may vary. We cannot guarantee that you will experience specific benefits or outcomes from our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided during sessions, courses, and downloadable materials is the intellectual property of Jess Lloyd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without prior written consent. All materials are for personal use only.
9. Disputes and Refunds
If you have a concern or issue with a service provided, please reach out to us immediately at jess@jesslloyd.com. We will do our best to address your concerns.
Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 7 days of the scheduled session. After this period, no chargebacks or refunds will be considered.
10. Technology and Communication
Our services are virtual and require a stable internet or phone connection. You are responsible for ensuring your technology (phone, computer, internet) is working properly for your scheduled session. If issues arise due to your technology, the session may proceed with the time remaining.
If there are technical issues on our end, we will reschedule at no additional charge.
11. Liability Disclaimer
By using our services, you acknowledge that Reiki, Intuitive Coaching, and Psychic Readings are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal treatment. If you are experiencing a health or mental health crisis, we strongly advise you to seek assistance from a licensed professional.
You agree to hold Jess Lloyd, its affiliates, and its representatives harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our services.
12. Bounced Payment Policy
In the event that a payment is returned due to insufficient funds or any other reason, a $25 fee will be charged to cover administrative costs. The outstanding balance, including the returned payment and the fee, must be settled before any further sessions or services can be provided. If payment is not received within 7 days of the bounced payment notice, your booking will be canceled.
13. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate our services or suspend your access at any time if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions. In the case of suspension or termination, no refunds will be issued.
14. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the updated Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to the revised Terms and Conditions.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Jordan, UT, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
